There is one fast-food dish that is known all over the country. Nevertheless it is very difficult to find. Its domain usually are dirty street-stalls or good national restaurants. The only part of Russia where one can find it ubiquitously is in Russia’s “Southern Resort”. I mean our black sea coast – where usually people from the Northern Caucasus work. The name of this magic fast-food is “CHEBUREK”.
